The Battle of Affiliate Elite
I noticed that this website is ranked #2 on Google for the search phrase ‘affiliate elite‘.
That’s pretty cool. Considering about 300-400 people per day are searching for that term in Google, and that this website is catching about 20% of those people, the potential affiliate revenue is quite significant.
And unlike every other Affiliate Elite affiliate website (apart from one, that I’ve come across) out there, this site is turning visitors into affiliates even BEFORE Affiliate Elite has launched.
Yet that’s not the part that intrigues me the most. I’m more fascinated by the battle that is being waged between affiliates, to get their site to the top of Google.
It’s quite a unique scenario. For one, the official website of Affiliate Elite isn’t occupying the top spot of Google.
In fact, last time I checked Brad Callen’s website was somewhere down on page four of Google.
This opens the door for affiliates to go crazy with search engine optimization and basically take the prized #1 spot when Affiliate Elite launches.
Now considering the software is three weeks away from release, Brad’s official site may climb up to #1. But it probably won’t. And therefore, it will be an affiliate sitting on the throne.
And if you combine the success of Brad’s previous products with the incredible internet marketing hype surrounding Affiliate Elite, the top spot is going to get a LOT of attention in the weeks after this thing is launched.
Will affiliate-elite.net be #1? Time will tell.
